A sunroom project involves a lot of attention to detail, and will have to take into consideration a lot of structural factors. It's far more complicated than installing a readymade pre fabricated sunroom kit. A sunroom Las Vegas area contractor is an absolute must if you're considering a sunroom addition.
There are a lot of things to look for when you're searching for a Las Vegas, NV area sunroom contractor. Ask for licensing and certification credentials. He must be properly licensed, and must have membership of trade organizations in his business. He should have solid experience in his field, and should have a ready portfolio of past completed works to show you. If he isn't able to show you a portfolio, ask for references from his former clients. Once you get these details, call up the people and ask if you can come over and have a look at their sunroom. At the very least, ask them about their experience with the contractor.
Other questions to ask -- does your Las Vegas, Nevada area sunroom contractor have a brick and mortar address? Does the sunroom company have professional help desk personnel who answer the phone? Are employees neat and uniformed? Do they drive a company car? Does the office have a physical address? The answer to all these questions must be yes. Make sure your contractor is insured. Don't be afraid to ask him -- it's common policy. If he has sub contractors working under him, they must be insured too. If not, you might be held liable for any accidents that occur on the premises.

We are trying to get an estimate on replacing a sunroom that was storm damaged. The roof has sunken in and water damage has occured. It's 10x12 roughly, has 6 sliding (single pane/non-safety) glass doors from floor to cieling, all weather carpet, and non-inslulated. Your help would be appreciated.
